In all products (except the mats) the postage will be free for purchases over € 190. For lower purchases, the postage will be € 9.90 for shipments within the peninsula.
For mattress products, the shipping will be calculated depending on the weight, size and destination of the order. In this case, after confirming the order for which payment will not have to be made from Shaperwalls, we will provide you with a new order confirmation by email with its postage included to be able to make the payment by bank transfer. The order will be confirmed after receipt of payment.
All orders will be delivered within 24 working hours, for deliveries within the peninsula (Spain only) as long as no incident appears with the transport agency or attributed to the client (The deadlines may be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and due to difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise). In the event that delivery times are altered, we will notify the customer in the order confirmation.
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (Spanish time), will be processed the next day.
All orders received from Friday to Sunday, or holidays, will be processed early on the first business day.
On public holidays in Andalusia or Spain, no shipments will be made.
Orders outside the peninsula, its approximate term is approximately 6-12 days (it depends on various services and we cannot confirm the exact term). Shipping outside the peninsula will be calculated after order confirmation, from Shaperwalls we will send the confirmation with shipping included to make your payment by bank transfer.
Shipments to the Canary Islands do not include the DUA, this will be paid by the customer and must be paid when the package is collected at the destination.
No shipments are made to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
What happens if delivery fails? In case of failure in delivery, the client will contact the agency to make a new appointment
